The Municipality of Kamenica has notified all users of municipal public spaces in the city of Kamenica and in Berivojca, where kiosks, barracks and garages are located, to remove their objects and vacate the municipal public spaces.
According to the announcement of the Directorate for Public Services, Environment, Inspectorates and Emergencies, the process of removing and vacating these spaces must be completed by March 31, 2026 at the latest.
The municipality has announced that, after this deadline has passed, it will initiate compulsory execution procedures through the relevant directorates.
It is also emphasized that the Municipality of Kamenica is not responsible for any possible damage to buildings or equipment during the intervention, while all removal costs will be borne by the parties themselves, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The announcement also states that all users of these public spaces, who have not fulfilled their payment obligations so far, are required to report to the Directorate of Public Services, Environment, Inspectorate and Emergencies to make payments and repay debts in full.
For users who do not fulfill their financial obligations, the Municipality of Kamenica has warned that it will take legal enforcement measures through enforcement. /Telegrafi/
