The Municipality of Kaçanik informs all citizens who benefit from subsidies and financial support from the Municipality, including maternity benefits according to decisions on the allocation of financial resources, that the Treasury of the Republic of Kosovo has functionalized the digital service for the registration of beneficiaries through the state platform e-Kosova.
In this context, all beneficiaries are required to register in the Kosovo Financial Management Information System (KFMIS), a service offered on the e-Kosova platform under the Treasury icon.
The municipality announces that:
- Registration in SIMFK is mandatory for all beneficiaries who make payments through the Treasury, including payments of subsidies and transfers from the Municipality.
- The Treasury no longer accepts manual registrations; each beneficiary must be approved exclusively through the e-Kosova platform.
- The subsidy payment cannot be executed if the beneficiary is not registered and approved in KFMIS.
- Bank account details must be accurate and up-to-date to avoid delays in executing payments.
The Municipality of Kaçanik invites all beneficiaries to complete registration on time and with accurate data, to ensure the smooth implementation of payments through the Treasury of the Republic of Kosovo.
