The Mayor of Istog Municipality, Ilir Ferati, announced that since the early hours of the morning, emergency teams have been engaged to help mountaineers and farmers who have been stranded as a result of snowfall in the mountainous areas of the municipality, reports Telegraph.
According to him, municipal teams are on the ground and are ensuring that every mountaineer receives the necessary assistance, while also providing support for their livestock.
"Caring for our citizens and farmers remains a priority. We will be together in every challenge," Ferati emphasized.
