The Municipality of Hani i Elezit, through the Municipal Directorate of Education, has announced a Public Call for the allocation of scholarships for students for the academic year 2025/2026.
Eligible to apply are students who are residents of the Municipality of Hani i Elezit and are pursuing their studies at public universities in Kosovo or at the Public University of North Macedonia. The application is open to full-time students, registered for the first time in the academic year, who have not repeated the year and are not beneficiaries of scholarships from the faculty or other institutions.
Priority in obtaining scholarships will be given to students enrolled in deficit faculties, such as: Faculty of Medicine, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Education, Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Mining and Metallurgy, Mathematical and Natural Sciences, Arts, and the Faculty of Philology (English and German).
Applicants must submit the required documentation, which includes academic certificates, proof of enrollment, personal documents, proof of success, as well as additional documents for students belonging to social categories or those with special status.
Applications are submitted to the Citizen Service Center of the Municipality of Hani i Elezit, every working day from 08:00 to 16:00. The application deadline is 15 days, starting from February 10, 2026 to February 24, 2026.
The municipality announces that, in case the number of students according to the established criteria is not met, scholarships will also be awarded to second-year students or higher. Also, incomplete applications or applications with incorrect data will not be reviewed by the evaluation committee.
