The Municipality of Fushë Kosovë and the Regional Waste Company Pastrimi have reacted publicly after the incident, where a garbage truck emptied in front of the municipal building, causing controversy.

The municipality of Fushë-Kosovo has described the action as a scandalous and vandalistic act against the institution, linking it to political tensions following changes in local government.

In its response, the municipality emphasizes that dumping waste in front of the municipal building is not simply an improper act, but an indicator of a mentality that does not accept political defeat and the new institutional reality.

According to the municipality, the regional company, run by people close to the former local government, has chosen to use this action as a political message.

The reaction states that this cannot be considered a protest, but an act of a political caste that for years has produced more problems than solutions, demanding that the case be handled by justice institutions and that the perpetrators be held legally accountable.

On the other hand, KRM Pastrimi has denied any institutional responsibility, emphasizing that the action was carried out by an individual employee and does not represent the company's policies or stance.

The company announced that its teams reacted immediately, removing the waste and cleaning the area in front of the municipal facility, so as not to violate public order and the health of citizens.

KRM Pastrimi has rejected the worker's claims regarding working conditions, stating that it operates in accordance with legal and contractual standards, providing equipment and support to workers.

The company has distanced itself from the action, announcing that the case will be handled according to internal disciplinary procedures and in accordance with the law.

The incident has sparked public and political debate in Kosovo Polje, while it is expected that the competent institutions will clarify the circumstances and responsibilities regarding the case. /Telegrafi/
