Footage of the execution of businessman Edmond Mëhalla in Elbasan on November 30 has been published.
Nevzat Spahos, who is suspected of collaborating in the murder of the businessman, has been arrested in connection with the murder.
The 29-year-old from Prrenjas has previously been convicted of attempted murder, illegal possession of a weapon, coercion through threats and theft.
During questioning, Spaho denied having any knowledge of the person who carried out the assassination.
He further added that the vehicle used during the execution was handed over to several people from Lezha.
Marcelo Arani and Armando Kola, who are suspected of being co-authors of the murder, are also wanted for the murder of the businessman.
