The Clinical and University Hospital Service of Kosovo has announced that the Medically Assisted Fertilization (IVF) project is being implemented according to the Action Plan.

The announcement made to the media states that there is great interest from couples, therefore initially the selection and classification of cases is carried out, where so far about 300 couples have completed the consultations.

"The Clinical and University Center of Kosovo (QKUK) informs all citizens that the Medically Assisted Fertilization (IVF) project is being implemented according to the Action Plan, which is divided into several phases. Due to the great interest, initially the selection and classification of cases is carried out, where so far about 300 couples have completed consultations," the announcement states.


Furthermore, it is emphasized that during February, according to the action plan, ovarian stimulation is expected to begin in the first cases, and in the next phase, the first IVF applications will begin.

Otherwise, a month ago, the new Medically Assisted Fertilization service was inaugurated at the Gynecology Clinic at UCCK.

With the investments that have been made in this department, it will be possible for couples to have the services twice for free, while after the second time they will pay 670 euros.telegraph/
