The Mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu, has announced that Dukagjini Group is preparing a new project for the Tale area, in addition to the large investment that has already begun in Rana e Hedhun.
In a statement on Debat Plus, Ndreu emphasized that this new project is in the preparatory phase and that Dukagjini has already set its sights on Tale as another strategic point for tourism development.
"Plus Dukagjini has a new project that will start now in addition to what he has, and he has also looked at Tale, and is preparing for it without telling any secrets," declared the mayor of Lezha.
The mayor also stated that currently around 30 foreign architects from the best in the world are engaged in designing resorts and apartments in Shëngjin.
