The Central Election Commission has begun the lottery process for the ranking of political entities on the ballot for the December 28 elections. Chairman Kreshnik Radoniqi has announced that the numbers on the ballot will be from 111 to 134.
"Today we will draw lots for the ranking of political entities on the ballot for the December 28 elections," said Radoniqi, explaining that this is one of the main steps towards finalizing electoral preparations.
He emphasized that the CEC has been maximally engaged over the last two weeks to ensure the orderly organization of the process.
"For two weeks, the CEC has been intensively engaged in planning and implementing the activities necessary to organize the elections," he said.
Radoniqi announced that after the draw, the process continues with the next technical phases.
“After this activity, the CEC will continue with the next steps such as approving the design of the ballot content and preparing for the start of the postal voting process for our citizens living outside of Kosovo,” he said.
Finally, the CEC chairman called on the entities to conduct the campaign correctly.
"I invite all political entities and candidates to conduct their engagement in a spirit of cooperation, respect and commitment to electoral rules and laws," Radoniqi declared. /Telegrafi/
