Today's statement by the head of state regarding the issues awaiting consideration in the Kosovo Assembly is regrettable. She knows that in order for those issues to be considered in the Kosovo Assembly, certain constitutional actions related to the formation of the institutions resulting from the elections must be carried out.
Since she knows this, which is understandable to everyone, she is ranking alongside her ally in the campaign of public pressure on political parties.
It even invites the media to put pressure on political parties. It is joining this campaign that is in the function of building misleading narratives for the new elections. Nothing new in this regard, it has acted this way throughout its mandate.
On the other hand, it has the Supreme Court ruling that clearly states that members of the government sworn in as MPs are holding government positions illegally. It does not say a word about this, even though the Constitution of Kosovo obliges it to ensure the constitutional functioning of institutions.
