The Specialized Chambers of Kosovo (DhSK) in The Hague have decided to postpone to Monday, December 9, 2024, the first appearance of Isni Kilaj in the case where he is being accused together with Hashim Thaçi, Bashkim Smakaj, Fadil Fazliu and Hajredin Kuçi for obstruction of justice.
This request was made by Kilaj's lawyer who represented him since his first visit to The Hague.
