The acting government approved a 10 million euro loan for Telekom

The acting government has appointed the board of directors of the Public Enterprise "Regional Water Supply Company Hidroregjioni Jugor" in Prizren.

Ylber Elshani will be the chairperson, Agim Muqaj member, Selvete Gjikolli member and Sylejman Gashi member.

The government cabinet has also approved a loan worth 10 million euros for Telecom of Kosovo.


Acting Minister of Finance, Hekuran Murati, said that Telecom continues to face difficulties.

"The company at the beginning of its mandate had numerous financial and organizational difficulties due to abuse over the past years. The company has managed to recover. Not all difficulties have been overcome. In order to overcome this situation, we propose that this liquidity loan be approved," said Murati.

At today's meeting, the 2025-2026 action plan for the implementation of the strategy for the advancement of the rights of the Roma and Ashkali communities was also approved.

"The plan marks the building of an equal society, where communities are treated with full and equal rights," said the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti. /kp/
