The Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK) has submitted to the Basic Court a request for Prime Minister Albin Kurti to appear before the SPRK to testify as a witness regarding the state reserves case.

The news was confirmed to Telegraf by Mirlinda Gashi, spokesperson for the Basic Court in Pristina, who stated that they are reviewing the request.

The prosecution had summoned Prime Minister Albin Kurti for questioning three times in a row, but he did not respond to the prosecution's calls.
