Counting of votes for Municipal Assemblies in 23 municipalities concludes - here are the parties that came out on top

The Central Election Commission (CEC) has completed the vote counting process for Municipal Assemblies in 23 municipalities of Kosovo, for the elections held on October 12.
According to the CEC announcement, the municipalities where this process has been completed are: Gjakova, Gjilan, Dragash, Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje, Kamenica, Lipjan, Novo Brdo, Obiliq, Peja, Podujevo, Shtime, Shtërpcë, Suhareka, Vushtrri, Zubin Potok, Malisheva, Junik, Mamushë, Hani i Elezit, Gracanica, Ranillug, Partesh and Kllokot.
In these municipalities, a preliminary ranking of parties was also made according to the number of votes won for the municipal assemblies.
According to data published by the CEC, the leading party in each municipality in terms of votes for the assembly is as follows:
Gjakova – The party that ranks first is AAK with list holder Ardian Gjini with 32,30% or 11,785 votes), the second is LVV with list holder Mimoza Shala with 18,73% or 6,833 votes, and the third is PDK with list holder Hajdar Beqa with 15,50% or 5,654 votes.

Gjilan – The party that ranks first is LVV with list holder Alban Hyseni with 38,08% or 15,065 votes, the second is LDK with list holder Arbër Ismjali with 29,05% or 11,904 votes and the third is PDK with list holder Riad Rashiti with 14,50% or 5,943 votes.

Dragash – The party that ranks first is LDK with list holder Bexhet Xheladini with 33,29% or 3,952 votes, the second is PDK with list holder Granit Rifaj with 28,49% or 3,383 votes and the third is LVV with list holder Jetmir Ajdini with 15,59% or 1,851 votes.

Kosovo Field – The party that ranks first is LVV with list holder Shpend Bardiqi with 33,97% or 6,723 votes, the second is LDK with list holder Mirlinda Krasniqi with 29,11% or 5,761 votes and the third is PDK with list holder Rrahim Tërnava with 20,01% or 3,959 votes.

Kamenica – The party that ranks first is LVV with list holder Ardita Dërmaku with 38,85% or 5,346 votes, the second is PSD with list holder Labinot Haxhiu with 19,52% or 2,686 votes and the third is AAK with list holder Faton Jakupi with 15,74% or 2,166 votes.

Lipjan – The party that ranks first is LDK with list holder Imri Ahmeti with 45,57% or 13,261 votes, the second is PDK with list holder Shukri Buja with 31,19% or 8,696 votes and the third is LVV with list holder Alban Salihu with 15,45% with 4,308 votes.

Novo Brdo – The party that ranks first is the Serbian List with list holder Ivana Ivanovic with 62,17% or 3,416 votes, the second is the LDK with list holder Bajrush Ymeri with 19,11% or 1,050 votes and the third is the LVV with list holder Abdyl Gashi with 8,74% or 480 votes.

Obiliq – The party that ranks first is LDK with list holder Bajram Hashani with 43,13% or 5,052 votes, the second is LVV with list holder Halil Thaçi with 42,24% or 4,947 votes and the third is Serbian List with list holder Goran Dančetović with 9,54% or 1,118 votes.

Peja – The party that ranks first is LDK with list holder Gazmend Muhaxheri with 39,89% or 15,415 votes, the second is AAK with list holder Arbër Grabovci with 20,87% or 8,065 votes, the third is LVV with list holder Berat Ganiqi with 20,64% or 7,975 votes.

Podujevo – The party that ranks first is LVV with list holder Shpejtim Bulliqi with 43,22% or 15,468 votes, the second is LDK with list holder Ekrem Hyseni with 35,43% or 12,681 votes and the third is PDK with list holder Isak Shabani with 10,74% or 3,845 votes.

Extras – The party that ranks first is LVV with list holder Adnan Ademi with 40,31% or 5,115 votes, the second is PDK with list holder Rrhaman Jakupi with 33,21% or 4,214 votes and the third is LDK with list holder Haqif Arifi with 22,08% or 2,802 votes.

Shtërpcë – The party that ranks first is the Serbian List with list holder Sasha Krstičić with 62,38% or 3,868 votes, the second is the PDK with list holder Fikrih Hasani with 8,08% or 501 votes and the third is Za Slobodu Pravdu i Osptanak with list holder Danijel Vasiljević with 7,48% or 464 votes.

Suhareka – The party that ranks first is AAK with list holder Bexhet Kuçi with 34,94% or 8,491 votes, the second is LDK with list holder Ardian Shala with 29,90% or 7,267 votes and the third is PDK with list holder Dardan Berisha with 17,80% or 4,325 votes.

Vushtrri – The party that ranks first is PDK with list holder Ferit Idrizi with 38,32% or 10,710 votes, the second is LVV with list holder Sylejman Meholli with 26,10% or 7,295 votes, the third is LDK with list holder Xhafer Tahiri with 21,36% or 5,968 votes.

Zubin Potok – The party that ranks first is the Serbian List with list holder Srgjan Vulović with 75,77% or 2,918 votes, the second is LVV with list holder Vedat Mehmeti with 5,40% or 208 votes and the third is the Serbian People's Movement with list holder Milija Biševac with 5,09% or 196 votes.

Malisheva – The party that ranks first is the Social Democratic Initiative with list holder Halil Morina with 45,54% or 8,721 votes, the second is the PDK with list holder Mevludin Mazreku with 20,63% or 3,951 votes and the third is the LDK with list holder Fatmir Ademaj with 14,32% or 2,742 votes.

Junik – The party that ranks first is LDK with list holder Ruzhdi Shehu with 38,63% or 921 votes, the second is AAK with list holder Leonard Llolluni with 38,26% or 912 votes and the third is LVV with list holder Jetmir Tofaj with 18,83% or 449 votes.

Mamushë – The party that ranks first is KDTP with list holder Abdulhadi Krasniq with 52,52% or 1,519 votes, the second is Mamusha Halk Hareketi with list holder Fikret Morina with 32,33% or 935 votes and the third is Kosova Adalet Turk Partisi with list holder Fatma Morina with 11,17% or 323 votes.

Elezit Inn – The party that ranks first is PDK with list holder Basri Dernjani with 38,31% or 1,786 votes, the second is LVV with list holder Medina Imishti with 22,80% or 1,063 votes and the third is AAK with list holder Menduh Vlashi with 19,71% or 919 votes.

Gracanica – The party that ranks first is the Serbian List with list holder Novak Živić with 64,04% or 6,839 votes, the second is the Albanian Alliance with list holder Leutrim Ajeti with 23,01% or 2,458 votes and the third is Za Slobodu Pravdu i Osptanak with list holder Igor Rašić with 10,03% or 1,071 votes.

Ranilug – The party that ranks first is the Serbian List with list holder Tanja Antiq with 81,52% or 2,179 votes, the second is Za Slobodu Pravdu i Osptanak with list holder Igor Mitic with 11,78% or 315 votes and the third is the Serbian People's Party with list holder Ivan Petrovic with 5,80% or 155 votes.

Partesh – The party that ranks first is the Serbian List with list leader Dragan Pektović with 96,13% or 1,887 votes and the second is the Kosovo Alliance with list leader Sladjan Mladenović with 3,87% or 76 votes.

Bells – The party that ranks first is the Serbian List with list holder Božidar Dejanović with 40,90% or 843 votes, the second is the Srpska Narodna Sloga with list holder Serčko Spasić with 18,34% or 378 votes and the third is the LDK with list holder Blerim Fejza with 9,80% or 202 votes.

The counting process is also taking place in other municipalities under the supervision of CEC observers.
These results are preliminary and may change after reviewing any potential complaints and the process of counting diaspora votes, including those of people with special needs.
In addition to organizing voting in 2,571 regular polling stations, the CEC has enabled conditional voting in 54 other polling stations, voting outside polling stations through mobile teams for 3,467 voters with special needs, and voting outside Kosovo by mail for 43,933 Kosovo citizens.
The counting of ballots from conditional voting, ballots from voting by persons with special needs, and ballots from voting outside Kosovo will take place at the Counting and Results Center, after the process at the Municipal Counting Centers is completed.
According to preliminary data so far from the CEC, in 54 conditional polling stations, in 38 municipalities of the country, in general, we have 2,119 envelopes with ballots. From the voting outside Kosovo, from the withdrawal of postal deliveries that was made from 22 mailboxes, out of a total of 23, the number of envelopes presumed to contain ballots is 33,258.
The local elections were held on Sunday, October 12, where 791,123 citizens exercised their right to vote, which constitutes 39.07% of the voters out of 2 million 25 thousand 105 people with the right to vote. /Telegraph/
