Meanwhile, parents often face a dilemma about whether or not to clean a child with chickenpox.

We only recommend that parents do not rub their children's skin while bathing, it is enough to let the water circulate and not rub the skin...", he said.

Doctor Krasniqi further emphasized that children who have chickenpox and are itchy for a while can take various creams that can be applied to relieve itching.

"For itching, there are various pastes/creams that can be applied...and sometimes when children have much more severe itching, syrups can also be given," said the infectious disease specialist.
