The chief prosecutor in Serbia says that the decision on the indictment against Milan Radoic regarding the Banjska case is expected soon

The chief prosecutor of the High Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, Nenad Stefanović, said today that at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year, a decision will be made on the indictment for the Banjska case, emphasizing that an investigation has been launched against the former vice-president. of the Serbian List, Milan Radoicic.

"Therefore, Milan Radoicic has started an investigation regarding the event of September 24, 2023 in Banjska. During the investigations, over 40 procedural actions were carried out. The decision on the indictment will be taken at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year", said Sfanović, adding that he expects adequate cooperation with EULEX, media in Serbia write.

Stefanovic said that the suspect's claims, which he made during interrogation at the Department of Criminal Investigation in Belgrade, are being checked.


In addition, the prosecution, with the mediation of the Ministry of Justice of Serbia, addressed EULEX and requested that it be provided with complete documentation related to the events of September 24, 2023 in Banjska.

"The submission of the investigation report, photo documentation, autopsy records of all dead persons, medical reports of all injured persons has been requested. The minutes from the expertise of weapons, ammunition and explosive devices, as well as the minutes from the questioning of the defendants and the questioning of the witnesses, were also requested," said Stefanović.

"According to the investigation order, Radoicic is accused of committing three criminal offenses with other unknown persons - association with the purpose of committing criminal offenses, production, possession, possession and illegal trafficking of firearms and explosives and serious crime against general security", added Stefanović. /Telegraph/
