The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has reacted again from prison.

received payment for one of the 7 cleaning lots, when the cleaning was done by private individuals in the Municipality of Tirana.

So, with patience: Nesti Dado's victim, because of me, who never gave or received any favor of any kind from him, Shkëlqim Fusha, has paid two lawyers. 9 thousand euros! The construction permit is a right without competition, so it is obtained by the one who has the land or the contract with the land owner. Ols Angoni, as a building owner, knows this well, while I do not even know who this Gentian Karaj is, who built a one-story house in Yrshek, just as I do not know and have no duty to know who the endless owners who obtain permits from the Municipality of Tirana are. Because unlike Nesti Dado, I am neither a spy, nor am I a spy, nor have I worked as a notary at the port, nor have I been a spokesman and spokesperson for the general prosecutor, nor am I an owner, nor am I a builder, nor do I work as a prosecutor on behalf of Ols Violina's party.

So, according to Olsi, he can build a palace with my signature, while I commit corruption by signing the permit for Gentian's house in Yrshek.

The contract guarantee is a legal obligation that every entity has before starting a job, and if the work is done according to standards, it (the guarantee) is returned to the entity. Plus, the company "Fusha" has worked for Sheshi even during the time of Edi Rama's heist, even during the time of Lul Basha's pampers, even in my time.

For example, the company that built the UKT building, which we generously donated to SPAK, also gave a guarantee for the work, and we even said that it would do good work for the lack of justice. This is another matter, but the whole SPAK is not a broken violin, like this cucumber that fell to me for a share, because then it falls to us to gouge out our eyes to put on eyebrows.

Fusha has received the "monthly installment of the cleaning fee", and then what?! Fusha has been cleaning in Tirana since 2000 until 2024, when the Municipality transferred 100% of the service to a public company. And for all these "favors", this entrepreneur has given 9 thousand Euros for legal consultancy to an acquaintance of my wife, who according to Ols Violina since she knows my wife has committed corruption for me who I do not know, but who with the mind of Nesti Dado I have given Fusha all the above, to get 9 thousand Euros through an unknown woman who knows my wife. Of course, Ols has all the imbecility and malignancy to fantasize and write this satirical sketch on my skin in the name of new justice, but there is not a grain of evidence to support it, except for his absolute conviction that where there is a woman there is a reasonable doubt.

Exactly what my Kafka does not know: the Law and the Ethical Code, because it is a sin to demand the social one from an individual who is psycho-emotionally deviant, both from the violin and from the trampoline.

As such, he considers it a "mercy" to be used to make him a violinist-notary-builder-spokesperson-spokesperson-prosecutor. Instead of justice, he considers it "revenge" for the floors that did not belong to him when he called with that voice like a muted violin "oh mayor, what are you doing with my permit?" and how little he understands the banal services with anonymous letters!
