KRU Prishtina has announced that starting next week, it will intensively begin the process of signing service contracts with all consumers connected to the water supply network.

In an official statement, the company emphasizes that "the Water Services Contract regulates the legal relations between the contracting parties, namely the mutual rights and obligations."

The contract contains the rights and obligations of the parties, procedures for complaints and requests, the method of invoicing, as well as other provisions based on applicable legislation.

According to the Prishtina RWC, "all of these will be communicated directly to the consumer before the mandatory signing of the service contract."

The company appeals for the signing to be carried out without hesitation, as failure to sign may cause obstacles to the realization of mutual rights and obligations.

"Failure to sign the contract, which constitutes a legal obligation for all consumers connected to the water supply network, will result in the inability to continue providing services and disconnection from the water supply system until this obligation is fulfilled," the announcement states.

To sign the contract, customers must appear at the Prishtina RWC customer service offices with an ID card and a document proving ownership or use of the housing unit.

KRU Prishtina thanks its customers in advance for their cooperation and respect for this legal obligation. /Telegrafi/
