The Special Court of Appeal GJKKO has postponed until tomorrow the decision for Erion Veliaj, who is requesting the cancellation of the security measure "prison arrest".
The decision will be announced on Thursday at 10.00:XNUMX by Special Judge Engert Pëlumbi.
At today's session, the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, spoke and refuted SPAK's evidence and accusations.
The Special Prosecution Office requested the continuation of Veliaj's detention, while the mayor's lawyers offered financial guarantees in exchange for his freedom.
