Preparation:

In a bowl, place the whipped cream and add the milk little by little, stirring all the time. When it thickens well, place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Finely chop the grapes and grind the almonds and hazelnuts in a blender, but be careful not to overdo it or it will turn into powder.

Add the almonds, hazelnuts, and raisins to the cream, and do not chop the prepared apricots, but set them aside.

Cut the toast into pieces and add to the whipped cream, mixing everything well.

Transfer to a mold that you have previously lined with transparent foil, smooth the top with a spatula and shake to distribute evenly. Place in the refrigerator to harden, at least three hours.

After removing it, place a baking sheet over the cake, then invert it onto the baking sheet. Drain the apricots that you previously soaked in hot water for 15 minutes, dry them well, and use them to decorate the cake.
