The Supreme Court has overturned the decision of the Electoral Panel for Complaints and Appeals, which had fined the List for Families coalition seven thousand euros.
Asdren Bytyqi, a candidate for MP from this coalition, has called this decision a great victory over Dylberizm.
"A huge VICTORY against Dylberism! The Supreme Court overturns the ECAP decision, which imposed a fine of 7000 euros on us for the words "shame on you", "protecting our human dignity and the continuity of life, as well as the future of our children from degeneration and decay", "social anomaly and degenerative phenomenon. A fair standard is established in the protection of freedom of expression, accepting our complaint as well-founded, legal and fair", he wrote on Facebook.
Otherwise, ECAP had fined the List for Families coalition thousands of euros due to the language used during the election campaign. /Telegraph/
