The Supreme Court has reviewed all appeals filed against the decisions of the Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) regarding the election result after the recount of votes.

The news was confirmed to Telegraf by the spokesperson of the Supreme Court, Antigona Uka, who announced that the drafting of the decisions and their delivery to the parties is expected to be completed within the day.

According to her, the Supreme Court has reviewed a total of six appeals filed against ECAP decisions.

Two of these complaints were filed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) candidate, Bekim Haxhiu, one by the United Roma Party of Kosovo, one by the PAI-PDAK-LPB coalition, one by Emilia Rexhepi, and one by the New Democratic Party – Nova Demokratski Stranka from Prizren.

If the Supreme Court rejects these appeals, the way will be opened for the certification of the final election results.

After certification, according to legal procedures, a session for the constitution of the Assembly of Kosovo must be convened within 30 days. /Telegrafi/
