At the same time, the Embassy shares the information that the King of Spain, Felipe VI, has sent a telegram of condolences to President Gordana Siljnovska-Davkova on the occasion of the tragedy in Kocani.

"With deep sorrow I learned about the tragic event that occurred as a result of the fire at the "Puls" discotheque in Kocani, during a concert, where at least 59 people lost their lives and dozens of others were injured. On my personal behalf, on behalf of the Government and people of Spain, I express my deepest condolences and express my full solidarity with the people of North Macedonia. Together with the Queen, we send our sincere support to the families of the deceased and best wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured," the telegram says.
