The Real Madrid star is very afraid that he will not be called up by the national team to the World Cup

It has not been an easy season for Endrick Felipe at Real Madrid, as he has had limited opportunities since his arrival at the 'Santiago Bernabeu'.

The Brazilian star has made 28 appearances for Real Madrid this season, but the majority of them have come from the bench.

Despite this, he has managed to score six goals in all competitions.

The lack of minutes had led to rumours of his possible departure on loan in the summer and although the club are not considering it at this stage, Endrick could do so if he feels he will have a better chance of being called up by Brazil for the 2026 World Cup.

"The truth is that I'm very afraid that he won't play in the World Cup. I have that fear because it's a dream of mine."

"It's hard to say, because I want to be at the World Cup and help Brazil win their sixth title."

"Wherever I play, I can show my level to be in the national team. I hope that next year I will be part of it and God willing, we will win the World Cup," said Endrick.

Endrick was called up by Brazil for this month's matches following Neymar's withdrawal from the squad due to injury and the 18-year-old revealed that he has struggled this season at Real Madrid due to a lack of space.

"Of course it's difficult to be at the biggest club in the world, with the best players, and not have the opportunity to play all the time," he concluded.Telegraph/
