MiG-21 plane sunk in Vlora becomes a tourist attraction
The Minister of Defense in Albania, Pirro Vëngu, has published footage of the MiG-21 aircraft submerged in the waters of Dhërmi, which has become one of the most special underwater tourism attractions in the country.
From a symbol of Albanian military history, the aircraft now serves as a destination for local and foreign divers, attracting more and more visitors passionate about underwater adventure.

Minister Vëngu described this example as a beautiful way to turn the heritage of the past into a new source of development through tourism and adventure sports.

The aircraft is positioned on the southern coast in Dhërmi, offering a unique experience for tourists who choose to explore the underwater world of Albania.
