Vetëvendosje Movement MP Arbëreshë Kryeziu-Hyseni has stated that they did not have any agreement with Vjosa Osmani that after 5 years in the Presidency they would run for another term.
"I don't remember that in the 2021 agreement we said that there would be another mandate after 5 years... The Office of the President is being invoked in many ways that actually don't exist anywhere," the MP stated on Debat Plus, according to Telegraph.
Despite not having an agreement with Osmani, Kryeziu-Hyseni says that PDK has rejected Osmani from the beginning, while according to her, even LDK has not given a guarantee that they support Osmani for president.
The majority MP says that Osmani was treated much better in LVV than in LDK.
"At a time when LDK had left Osmani at number 86 on the electoral list at that time and even closed its doors to her, not allowing her to participate in party bodies, LVV opened its doors to Ms. Osmani, because she has united us for a very great cause."
"With LVV Osmani, she became the most voted politician in Kosovo, Speaker of the Parliament and then President," Kryeziu Hyseni further stated. /Telegraph/
