"The "Grey" restaurant in the north is finally closed: To whom did the criminal mastermind Milan Radoićić transfer the million-dollar businesses?

The former deputy leader of the Serbian List, Milan Radoićić, who claimed responsibility for the armed attack in Banjska, Zvečan, in September 2023, has withdrawn from all the companies he had led so far, transferring them to Zvonko Veselinović and his brother, Zarko.

According to the Serbian newspaper Today, In addition, the "Grey" restaurant in North Mitrovica, which was run by his wife, Ema Radoićić, has also been officially closed.

Despite recent developments, Radoićić remains at large in Serbia. Although criminal proceedings are underway against him in Kosovo for the attack in Banjska – where police officer Afrim Bunjaku was killed and three members of the armed group were killed – he has not been extradited.

Serbian authorities claim that Radoićić has had his travel documents confiscated and has been banned from entering Kosovo.

Meanwhile, Kosovo authorities have seized his assets, which are estimated at around 3.4 million euros. According to the Kosovo Agency for the Management of Seized and Confiscated Assets, his villa near Lake Gazivoda alone is worth approximately 2 million euros.

On the other hand, Radoicic's wife, Ema, has been listed as an investor in a luxury villa in the elite Dedinje neighborhood of Belgrade, the project of which is said to cost around 2.65 million euros. Initially, that property was listed as joint property with Radoicic, but was later transferred solely in her name.

The list of beneficiaries of Radoić's businesses also includes people connected to the inner circle of power in Serbia, including Zvonko Gobeljić and Nikola Petrović, the godfather of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.

Meanwhile, an international arrest warrant has been issued for Radoicic by INTERPOL, at the request of Kosovo through UNMIK.

However, Serbian authorities have stated that his extradition to Kosovo is impossible, as the proceedings will be conducted by Serbian courts.

Security experts in Serbia have assessed that an extradition is difficult to achieve, due to Serbia's non-recognition of Kosovo's statehood.

Kosovo's Interior Minister, Xhelal Sveçla, has announced that in addition to Radoicic, over 80 people suspected of the attack in Banjska have been entered into the INTERPOL system with international arrest warrants.

The Banjska case remains one of the most serious in recent years in Kosovo, with continuous demands from the international community for a full investigation into the incident and bringing the perpetrators to justice. /Telegrafi/
