The Constitutional Court has decided to merge into a single procedure the request of the country's Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, and that of 30 deputies of the Vetëvendosje Movement regarding the decree of the President, Vjosa Osmani.
This was stated by Veton Dula, from the media office at the Constitutional Court, to the Telegraph.
According to him, both requests will be reviewed together since, as he said, "they have the same object of review."
"The court has decided to join the request of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo regarding the Presidential Decree with the request submitted by Ms. Arbërie Nagavci and 30 other deputies of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, due to the same subject matter of the case," said Dula. /Telegrafi/
