This regional initiative was established in 2013, with the aim of promoting dialogue, mutual cooperation and rapprochement with the European Union. The summits are held annually, and the last edition was held in Montenegro in 2024, where leaders committed to reforms, good neighborliness and the green agenda. /Telegraph/
