The Ethics Secretariat met this Tuesday, at 10:00, to review the Socialist Party's request for the expulsion of 29 opposition MPs, involved in the tensions and chaos of the December 18 plenary session.
The incident is related to the session where the new Ombudsman, Endri Shabani, was sworn in, while the opposition caused disruptions and clashes in the Parliament hall.
The SP has requested disciplinary measures ranging from a 10- to 60-day suspension for the MPs involved. During the committee meeting, the MPs were presented with materials and photos that, according to them, are related to Agas' wiretapping. /Euronews.al/
