Following the resignation of Haxhi Avdyl, another member of the GUXO Party has decided to withdraw from political activity in this entity. This is the member of the leadership, Kujtim Hajdaj, who announced his decision today through a public post on the social network.
Hajdaj emphasized that the main reason for this decision is his support for Vjosa Osmani as President, as well as several other circumstances within the party leadership.
"Since I have publicly come out in support of Vjosa Osmani for President, and based on several other circumstances that have arisen in relation to the leadership of the GUXO Party, which I do not want to comment on here, I have made the decision - for an indefinite period - to cease my political activity within the GUXO Party, as a member of the central leadership and as its coordinator outside Kosovo," Hajdaj wrote.
He also thanked all those with whom he has collaborated during his political journey and said that he will cherish the best memories.
"Of course, I will keep and cherish the best memories of that political journey, because throughout that entire period of time, since the emergence of the 'Vjosa' List on the political scene, I have encountered and cooperated purely and conscientiously with many good people, patriots, who love our people and sovereign state, the Republic of Kosovo," said Hajdaj.
In the end, Hajdaj emphasized the importance of Kosovo above any personal political interest.
"Regardless of what surprises political life may throw at us, one thing remains certain: Kosovo remains above all of us, and it is the blood and sacrifice of our many martyrs and heroes who fell for freedom, independence and democracy that is not forgiven to anyone," he wrote.
This resignation follows that of Haxhi Avdyli and indicates an internal movement within the GUXO Party in this political period, especially regarding support for President Vjosa Osmani. /Telegrafi/
