Suspected suicide in Prizren, victim had a licensed weapon – police confiscate it

A person was taken to the emergency room of the hospital in Prizren injured, and was later pronounced dead by the attending physician.
The 24-hour report of the Kosovo Police states that the incident occurred on Sunday at around 11:25, in Prizren.
Furthermore, as stated in the report, a pistol with 8 rounds of ammunition, a cartridge case and a shell were found at the scene, as well as a hunting rifle with binoculars with 12 rounds of ammunition, for which the victim had a permit.
"It was reported that a male Kosovar victim was taken to the emergency room of the Prizren hospital injured. He was pronounced dead by the attending physician. Relevant police units went to the scene where they found a pistol with 8 rounds of ammunition, a cartridge case and a shell, as well as a hunting rifle with binoculars with 12 rounds of ammunition, for which the victim had a permit," the report states.
Meanwhile, according to the report, the weapons were confiscated by police units, while the victim's body, by order of the prosecutor, was sent to the IML for an autopsy. The case is being investigated. /Telegrafi/
