Pan-European Executive MBA: A unique dual degree program

Business leaders and professionals from Kosovo have the opportunity to pursue an exceptional business education through the distinguished dual degree MBA program, the Pan-European Executive MBA. The program is offered in collaboration between CITY College, the University of York’s Europe Campus, and the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Strasbourg.

Graduates are awarded two degrees, one from the top British university of York (146th in the world, Times Higher Education – THE 2025) and one from the University of Strasbourg, a renowned French university with an extraordinary legacy of 18 Nobel Prizes.

The program is currently available in seven countries, making it an international experience with extensive networking opportunities.

CITY College, University of York Europe Campus is offering forty-five (45) scholarships of up to half tuition fee waiver (up to 50%) to students from Kosovo for Bachelors, Masters, and Executive MBA  for the academic year 2025-26 (program start date: October 2025) until the completion of the designated academic program.
