A severe storm with strong southern winds has hit the Skopje region, causing serious problems in air traffic.

According to the announcement of the Crisis Management Center, due to strong winds, two aircraft were forced to divert and land at Pristina airport, while two others are continuing to circulate in the air awaiting landing instructions.


"Due to the strong southern wind, which has affected the Skopje region, two aircraft have been diverted to land at Pristina airport, while two others are still circling and awaiting landing instructions," the QMK said.
