Statements on the merger of SPAK, Berisha: Albania will never have a political prosecutor's office

Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha has stated that Albania will never have a political Prosecutor.

Berisha made the comments through a statement to the media, referring to his previous promises that if he came to power he would dissolve SPAK, where he said that the DP's position is the rule of law.

He also said that 'a prosecutor's office that arrests the three political leaders of the three main opposition parties, a prosecutor's office that seizes opposition mandates given by voters, a prosecutor's office that amnesties electoral crime, a prosecutor's office that arrests journalists, is ultimately a political prosecutor's office, regardless of other activities.'

The DP's stance is the rule of law, the rule of law and above all, the rule of law. For the DP, the rule of law is the condition of all conditions to make Albania great again.

It is the condition of all conditions for the successful implementation of its entire program.

In this context, I strongly believe among Albanians that a prosecutor who arrests the three political leaders of the three main opposition parties, a prosecutor who snatches opposition mandates given by voters, a prosecutor who amnesties electoral crimes, a prosecutor who arrests journalists, is ultimately a political prosecutor, regardless of other activities.

But to summarize again, the prosecution that arrests opposition leaders so that Edi Rama can take office, and I'm not saying this, but I believe that this was said before Europe and the world by US Vice President JD Vance, who declared in Munich that you cannot win a democratic mandate.

You can't win a democratic mandate, you can steal it, but democratic is the word, by censoring your opponents, or imprisoning them, be it him or the leader of the opposition.

I tell you, Albanians, that these prophetic words of US Vice President JD Vance are more fitting than those of Edi Rama.

But what did the boss, Aleksi, say? He republished it with numerous requests. That is, since Edi Rama deleted the photos from social media in the 'woke' culture, I'm bringing them to the viewers. It was extraordinary, despite being an opponent, but he did this to him.

That photo, let's be honest, had another major reason, because in the hundreds and hundreds of billions of stolen American taxpayer money from George Soros and USAID, at the top of the pyramid of international theft is Edi Rama with his wife and ex-wife.

Now let him come out as much as he wants, but he cannot hide that these are international documents that prove that Linda and Delina have benefited from fabulous sums of American taxpayer money, whether directly from USAID or other international organizations in which the US is the main funder.

A prosecutor's office in which arrest warrants were not sold in advance, but were executed in 95% of them. A prosecutor's office that had requested life sentences from the court in many cases and such sentences were given. That Edi Rama released them.
