The city of Durrës is welcoming more and more foreign tourists, who have chosen to spend a few days of spring break in our country.
Mild temperatures, cheap prices, and tranquility outside the summer season are some of the reasons that attract foreigners during this period.
“I’m from India. Oh, it’s a very, very beautiful city. I was just at the beach, it was really nice and very relaxing. So I’m enjoying it so far. I’ll be staying for 4 nights and 5 days.”, said an Indian tourist."Off-season is cheaper, the weather is better than in my country, the Czech Republic, and I just wanted to visit, I didn't think much about the season. Although the archaeological and ethnographic museums are not yet open to the public, tourists, especially young people, do not see this as an obstacle, as the city offers other sides to discover.

"I like food. Like sweets, and seafood too. We don't have that kind of cooking culture. Here you can have a bakery with all those good things.", says a tourist.
