Spiropali in Vienna: Security and progress in the region begins with the recognition of Kosovo as a state

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania, Elisa Spiropali, participated in the OSCE Ministerial.

In her speech, she reaffirmed Albania's full support for international law, justice, accountability and human dignity, in the face of Russian aggression in Ukraine.

Spiropali added that security and progress in the Western Balkans begin with the recognition of Kosovo as a state.

"Peace, stability and security everywhere in Europe continue to be our top priorities. Security and sustainable progress in our region begins with the recognition of Kosovo as an independent and sovereign state," she said.
