Solskjaer could receive a huge bonus if Man United qualify for the Champions League

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could reportedly receive a huge bonus if he takes charge of Manchester United and qualifies the club for next season's Champions League.
The Norwegian is in talks with United to become the club's interim manager, following the sacking of Ruben Amorim on Monday.
Other former club players, such as Michael Carrick, Darren Fletcher and Ruud Van Nistelrooy, are also mentioned as candidates for the role, while a permanent manager is expected to be sought in the summer.
Solskjaer first took charge of United as interim manager after Jose Mourinho was sacked in December 2018. He was appointed permanent manager the following summer and guided the team to the Europa League final and a second-place finish in the Premier League in 2020.
However, he was sacked in November 2021 after a poor start to the 2021/22 season.

The Norwegian remains a favourite among Manchester United fans, although there have been mixed reactions to the possibility of him returning to the club for a second term.
According to the Norwegian medium ManagerSolskjaer is reportedly willing to accept a pay cut compared to his previous contract at United to take on the role.
It is said that he would earn between 50 and 60 euros per week as interim coach at Old Trafford.
The report adds that, if Solskjaer manages to qualify Manchester United for the Champions League, he would receive a staggering bonus of 3 to 4 million euros.
Although the figure is high, it reflects the immense importance that elite European football has for Manchester United, especially at a time when financial constraints are said to be affecting the way the club operates in the transfer market.Telegrafi/
