Instagram user Devan Seaman from Chicago posted a video last week of her adopted dog, Ted, who is struggling to cope with the winter conditions.

The video garnered more than 144 views and brightened the day of many viewers who wrote in the comments that Ted is very cute.

The video shows Teddy walking in the snow, "tangled" from head to toe.

Since Teddy doesn't have hair on any part of his body, his owner must dress him warmly before every walk so he doesn't get cold. /Telegraph/
