Slovenia coach Matjaz Kek congratulated Kosovo on their victory and qualification for the 2026 World Cup play-offs.
Kosovo dominated Slovenia to score a 0-2 victory, a challenge they were better at from the start of the match.
Kek also fully agreed with the result, praising Kosovo's performance.
"First of all, let's congratulate our opponent Kosovo, they fully deserved the victory. We made some mistakes, a red card and then an own goal, but they were faster, won the second balls and we weren't getting into the game."
"We changed the formation, then when you are irresponsible, you play poorly at this level, you have to pay for it. With only 10 players we played bravely, but maybe we should have done it like that from the beginning."
"If we dominated this match in Pristina a month ago, then today they dominated us. All the balls were theirs. They won and beat us, in terms of sport. They absolutely dominated us even in the stands of the stadium," he declared.
