Three days after the statement by the United States Special Envoy for Special Missions, Richard Grenell, Prime Minister Albin Kurti has reacted.
"What can I do?" was Prime Minister Albin Kurti's response to envoy Richard Grenell's statement.
"What's wrong with me? You know very well that my whole life I have been an activist, not an analyst. We have these studios that study what he said and why he looked at him that way," Prime Minister Kurti initially said in an interview with Istogu Chanel.
Kurti has been adamant in saying that Kosovo has very good relations with America.
"We have never had better jobs. We are buying "Black Hawk" helicopters after purchasing the 'Javelin' system. We have received the largest grant from America during our mandate. We have made progress with America when our relationship with America is not only diplomatic but also in defense, development and energy," Kurti said.
"Sometimes there are criticisms and remarks, but we have to move forward," Kurti said briefly.
US Special Envoy for Missions, Richard Grenell, had called Prime Minister Albin Kurti's statements that compared to previous governments, the current one led by him had had better relations with Washington a hoax.
Even the former US envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue wrote on the "X" platform on February 3 that the international community is united against Albin Kurti.
