The Police Supervision Agency has detained this Saturday, November 29, a State Police employee, Inspector JU, who is suspected of committing the criminal offenses of "Forced sexual relations with adults" and "Abuse of office".
The investigations began after the complaint of the citizen with the initials LH, who on November 17, 2025 stated that police officer JU had blackmailed and threatened her, forcing her to have sexual intercourse.
Within the framework of the investigative case, additional procedural materials have been referred to two other persons: MU, suspected of the criminal offense "Threat not to report" (Article 311 of the Criminal Code); and AK, suspected of the criminal offense "Supporting the perpetrator in a crime" (Article 302 of the Criminal Code).
During the investigation, Inspector JU was found to have fled to the Republic of Kosovo. His arrest was carried out today by AMP agents at the moment he entered the territory of the Republic of Albania.
