Several bank cards were cloned at an ATM, BKT guarantees full refund to customers

The National Commercial Bank (BKT) in Albania has announced that it has identified and promptly addressed an isolated case of fraud through the cloning of bank cards at an ATM.
According to the bank's announcement, the case affected a very small number of cards, which were blocked immediately after the problem was discovered.
BKT announces that all affected customers have been contacted and will be fully reimbursed for any financial losses.
The bank emphasizes that the security of customer funds and data remains an absolute priority and that it is continuing to invest in advanced monitoring and prevention systems, with the aim of guaranteeing the highest security standards.
