A 64-year-old man in Ferizaj has ended up in police custody due to sexual assault.
Kosovo Police say the arrested man, who is a technical worker at a lower secondary school, sexually assaulted a 10-year-old minor girl.
"On 11.03.2026, regional investigators were notified of a case of sexual assault at a junior high school in Ferizaj. The victim was a minor student (10 years old)."
"While the suspect, a 64-year-old technical worker at this school, who was interviewed on 12.03.2026 in the presence of the defense attorney and by decision of the juvenile prosecutor, has been detained for 48 hours, while investigators have been authorized to continue investigative actions," the Kosovo Police statement states./Telegrafi/
