Serbian robber who was injured during armed robbery in Veternik dies at UCCK

The robber who was injured on March 17 in the Veternik neighborhood of Pristina has died at the Kosovo Clinical and University Center (QKUK).

Miloš Vukojević was unable to cope with his injuries and died despite doctors' efforts to save him.

The incident occurred on the morning of March 17, when Vukojevic was involved in a robbery attempt, after which he was injured.


Authorities are continuing investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.

How did the event happen?

On March 17, 2025, at around 10:30 AM, an armed robbery occurred in the Veternik neighborhood of Pristina, near the "Albi Mall" shopping center.

The target was a van belonging to the security company "Istanbul Ozel Guvenlik", which was transporting money.

During this event, the security guard, Fahri Ademi, was injured and sent for medical treatment to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (UCK).

One of the robbers, Miloš Vukojević from Leposavic, was also injured during the fight. He sought medical attention at the emergency center in Gračanica and was later transferred to UCCK for further treatment.

His condition was serious and he underwent surgery.

Vukojevic had a criminal history; he had previously been arrested for cultivating narcotic plants and had been released from prison about 15 days before the robbery. /Telegraph/
