Serbian hooligans burn Kosovo flag in front of UEFA Congress hall

Some Serbian hooligans were seen in a video burning the Kosovo flag in front of the "Sava Center" hall in Belgrade, where the 49th UEFA Congress is scheduled to be held, where the state of Kosovo is also participating through the Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK).

A lot of dust has been raised in Serbia because the Kosovo flag was flown in Belgrade on the occasion of the 49th UEFA Congress, which is being held in that city.

Agim Ademi, the president of the Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK), has posed next to the Kosovo flag and caused a storm of reactions in Serbia.

The Serbian Football Federation immediately announced that it was a lie that there was a Kosovo flag at the UEFA Congress in Belgrade, considering that Serbia does not recognize Kosovo's independence, but they themselves quickly denied it.

Two and a half hours after the first announcement, the Football Federation of Serbia issued a second one confirming that the Kosovo flag was indeed among the 54 flags at the UEFA Congress.

Not long after, a video began circulating on the internet showing several people burning the Kosovo flag in front of the 'Sava Center' last night (Wednesday).

At the moment there is no information whether this is the same flag that Ademi posed with or if they burned another flag. /Telegraph/
