Serbia's defeat to Albania appears to have been completely unacceptable to the Serbian Federation.
From what the Serbian media reports "Telegraf.rs", Serbia immediately fired coach Dragan Stojkovic Pixi.
"After the match against Albania in the World Cup qualifiers at the "Dubocica" stadium in Leskovac and the 0:1 loss, Dragan Stojkovic Pixi is no longer the coach of the Serbian national team," their report states, among other things.
The report adds that it was a request from all the fans for Stojkovic to leave, and the Serbian Federation has fulfilled their wish.
Stojkovic has been Serbia's coach since 2021, and has now said goodbye to the fans and informed everyone of his final decision.
Otherwise, Albania is enjoying this historic victory over Serbia and with a victory over Andorra they will achieve qualification for the World Cup play-offs.Telegraph/
