Lawyer Arianit Koci was detained for about 20 minutes by Serbian authorities at the border crossing in Merdare, for what was described as an "additional verification".
The news was confirmed by Koci himself, who had been in Belgrade as the lawyer for former KLA soldier Mit'hat Lozhani.
"It's the first time they've done something like this to me. I'm seeing this as a signal," Koci declared.
A day earlier, from Belgrade, he had warned that the Lozhani case was taking a direction that, according to him, required an immediate response.
