The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has reacted again regarding Serb Milan Vukashinović, who was injured and kidnapped by Serbian gendarmerie within the territory of Kosovo.

In a statement to the media, she said that Kosovo citizen, Serb Vukashinović, is in serious health condition and that Kosovo's ambassador to Belgrade, Jetish Jashari, has not been allowed to see him.

"...According to cadastral data, it is part of the territory of the Republic of Kosovo... As for the information we have so far from the security institutions, you have also seen the statement of the Kosovo Police that it was within the territory of Kosovo. But, beyond that, regardless of where this happened, it is still a crime and a serious provocation, it is an attempted murder by the state institutions of Serbia against a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo", said the head of state.

According to her, even if it had happened within the territory of Serbia, which is not true, it is still a serious provocation contrary to the goals of long-term peace and stability in the region, which Serbia constantly endangers.

Osmani further added that he is in communication with representatives of the QUINT countries regarding this case.

"...Also, our representative in Belgrade, Ambassador Jashari, has attempted to visit the injured several times, but the hospital has not allowed him. The information we have is that he is in serious health condition," the president said.

She announced that they are also in communication with the injured person's family members as well as witnesses who saw the incident.. /Telegraph/
