Selimi: Bedri Hamza is more likely than Albin Kurti to become prime minister

Former chief diplomat, Petrit Selimi, has strongly criticized the recent government in Kosovo, describing the country's situation as a "regression" in important areas such as diplomacy, the economy and dialogue.
Hinting that the time of this government has passed, Selimi suggests that a major change in power is necessary.
He believes that Bedri Hamza is more likely than Albin Kurti to become prime minister.
"I believe that there are people in the PDK, especially Mr. Bedri Hamza, whom I know because he was the Minister of Finance twice, the Minister of Finance who increased salaries the most that have increased in the history of Kosovo and when Kosovo became a member of the World Bank, the IMF, the EBRD, so in terms of what we need, the investments, the economy will have a more concrete plan, but whoever it is, I think the time has come for a reset, you have it is important to see what is happening, who has what offer, this government has had four years" said Selimi in KlanKosova's Rubikon.
He praises Hamza for increasing salaries in Kosovo and for the country's membership in important international institutions such as the World Bank and the IMF.
Selimi has cast doubts on Albin Kurti's ability to retain the position of prime minister.
"I believe that Bedri Hamza has more chances than Albin Kurti. Kurti has a coalition to become prime minister, what they haven't said about all the others, there are video posts for LDK, PDK and AAK, they are all enemies of Kosovo, the old regime, they are all traitors, they are all traitors , now if they are all bad and the Prophet is the best and the most infallible, let him do the government, but I don't believe that there is much more, because the ability of politics is not to insist that you are the best, but to do compromises, no one is an enemy of Kosovo from the political parties", said Selimi.
